The great success of Living Archaeology Weekend is, in large part, a function of the dedicated volunteers who assist with various aspects of the event. LAW volunteers help the Steering Committee with preparing educational materials, setting up and tearing down the venue, event logistics, and demonstrations. Volunteers include professional archaeologists, tribal members, members of civic and avocational groups, state and federal agency employees, and university students. Thanks to our incredible volunteer force! Click below to see how you can volunteer and to meet our recent volunteers.
